To empower individuals and strengthen our community by providing the tools, education, and support needed to build lasting health, strength, and confidence.
BreatheEz Foundation ​was established and still continues under the will of Cherlquette Brown-Fletcher in honor and memory of her husband Derek Dwayne Fletcher. In 2008 Derek Fletcher was in a house fire that causd his lungs to be severely damaged. Ten years later in 2018 he underwent surgery to have a bilateral lung transplant. His new lungs “Grace” and “Mercy” extended his life for an additional 5 years. Throughout this ordeal standing as a true warrior, Derek loss his fight and transitioned February 17, 2023. The Fletchers were a dynamic couple. Standing by his side every step of the way he leaves to cherish his memories and his legacy his loving wife and son, Quette and Jourdan, respectfully.
BreatheEz Foundation is committed to fostering community well-being through innovative programs and outreach initiatives. As a non-profit organization, we focus on creating supportive environments that promote health, inclusion, and empowerment. By addressing the needs of individuals and communities, we strive to improve lives and inspire positive change. Our team is dedicated to working collaboratively with local partners to enhance awareness and participation in programs that have a true impact. Together, we aim to build a more vibrant and healthier society for all.
